JACQUI’S STORY
“I didn’t get into real estate because I loved houses.
I got into it because I love helping people through life’s biggest transitions.”
Jacqui is a Georgia transplant with Northern roots — and more than 16 years ago, she and Mark made this community their permanent home. Their twin sons grew up here, went to school here, and the whole family has been woven into the fabric of Coweta County ever since.
Before she ever listed a home, Jacqui built a career that took her through some unexpected places — computer software, radio advertising, Pepsi products, and eventually senior living, where she worked as a marketer and property manager. Each role taught her something. But it was her experience in assisted living — sitting with families navigating some of the hardest transitions of their lives — where the seeds of her real estate calling were planted.
Then came the catalyst: Mark’s job relocation. Living through that experience firsthand — the uncertainty, the logistics, the emotional weight of uprooting a family — gave Jacqui a perspective on transitions that most real estate agents simply never acquire. In 2011, she earned her real estate license. And she’s never looked back.
In the years since, she’s helped hundreds of buyers and sellers across Coweta County, closed $70M+ in sales, and earned recognition from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices at the highest levels. She also spent 13+ years representing Dustin Shaw Homes, guiding clients through the new construction process from lot selection to final walkthrough across Coweta and Fayette counties.
She’s also the face of The R&R Team on video — listing walk-throughs, neighborhood spotlights, market updates, and Instagram Reels. Her warmth and local knowledge translate on camera in a way that builds real trust with buyers before they ever walk through a door.

MARK’S STORY
“Sales isn’t about pushing a product. It’s about understanding what someone needs, earning their confidence, and delivering on what you said you would. I did that for nearly 30 years — and it’s exactly what I do for our clients now.”
Mark spent nearly 30 years building one of the most well-rounded sales and leadership careers you’ll find. He started in the field as an Area Sales Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica — selling, managing routes, scheduling teams, building customer relationships from the ground up. Then he spent 25 years at US Foods, one of the largest foodservice distributors in the country, where he rose from Territory Manager all the way to national-level leadership.
His path wasn’t a straight line. He started selling to independent restaurants, became a Brands Manager, then a Sales Training Manager across multiple markets. He was eventually promoted to Director of Sales Support, where he built and led a 140-person sales organization — designing the foundational processes that governed team accountability, net account growth, leadership development, and onboarding across the division.
From there, Mark moved into enterprise-level work. As Deployment Captain and Area Deployment Captain for Mergers & Acquisitions, he led the integration of multiple acquired companies into US Foods — coordinating sales, training, technology, and cross-functional teams across the country. He presented to executive leadership, built reporting systems, and drove accountability from kickoff to close on projects that reshaped how the company operated.
At every stage, the core competencies were the same: build trust with people quickly, communicate through complexity without losing anyone, create accountability without micromanaging, and deliver results when it actually counts.
He earned his B.S. in Business with a Minor in Human Resources, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
He’s also the production engine behind the team’s video marketing. Jacqui is the on-camera presence — listing walk-throughs, neighborhood spotlights, Instagram Reels. Mark handles everything else: the editing, the production quality, the distribution strategy, and the ad campaigns that put those videos in front of the right buyers. It’s a division of labor that works because they’re both genuinely good at their part of it.
Today, he brings all of it to every client The R&R Team serves — the sales instincts, the systems thinking, the training background, the video production, the technology tools, and the kind of senior-level leadership that makes buyers and sellers feel like they’re in very capable hands.
